A4 landscape, printed both sides (flip on the short edge) and folded once down the middle. Sheet 1 is the outside with the cover on the right half; sheet 2 is the inside. Print from a PDF: the CMYK one if the shop asks for it, otherwise the RGB one and let the shop convert colour. The PNG and SVG copies are for proofing.
